How to incorporate SPF

All you need is a teaspoon of SPF to cover your face, including everywhere from your hairline to your decolletage. It’s worth noting that you want to be using a separate SPF for your lips to stop them from becoming dehydrated.
You want to make sure you’re choosing the right SPF for your climate. SPF15 is the minimum that you should be using every day. If you’re heading outside, you need at least an SPF30 during the summer. Check the daily temperatures before jetting off on vacation to see if you need to invest in an SPF50.
During the summer, you can usually embrace the idea of ‘skinimalism’ and downsize your routine. The SPF can replace your morning routine, and you can swap out heavier oil and cream cleansers for a gentle face wash. Don’t forget to add in a serum with antioxidants to help neutralize free radicals.
